Jagienka was also ranked first :-)

08.XI.2008

Trejik’s Polish Junior Championship has been achieved! During the international show in Poznan, the little boy took the Polish Junior Winner 2008 whicj gave him the last point needed. Therefore he finished his championship on three shows needed, in 1,5 month only. We are extremely proud!
Jagienka was playing clown on this day and was ranked second.

04.XI.2008

A sad news has reached us today - Bajka z Coyoacan died. Therefore we bade farewell the last sibling of our dear Friend Bursztyn.

01.XI.2008

The International Show in Nitra (Slovakia) was a Jagienka’s great success. She did an extremely good job by getting her next CAC, CACIB and Best of Breed and later being chosen as the Best of Group among lots of beautiful and famous dogs.
Although Trejik was not that much successful on that day, he got his first point to the Junior Slovak Champion and was qualified among the first ten best dogs of the Junior Best in Show competition.

27.X.2008

It is a great pleasure to inform that Jagienka was submitted to another ophthalmology examination that shown her eyes are unaffected by the hereditary diseases. Following doctor’s instructions, due to her age, Jagienka won’t be submitted to more examinations. The current results allow considering, with big probability, that her eyes are ultimately free of hereditary diseases.
Also Trejik’s eyes were submitted to examination. Although his young age, several hereditary diseases have been excluded.

18.X.2008

This week-end the target of our trip was Valmiera (Latvia). We are happy to announce that another Trejik’s championship has been started. On this day he was awarded: Junior Winner, Best Junior in Breed, Best Male in Breed. Jagienka, after having won the champion class, was also considered the second Best Female in Breed.

13.X.2008

Today the confirmation of German Champion title for Jagienka Has reached us.

12.X.2008

The second day of the show in Vilnius was another great step to our little championship. Apart of getting his second consecutive Junior Winner and Best Junior in Breed, Trejik was awarded the V-ce Junior Best in Show! Jagienka was this time ranked second.

11.X.2008

On the first day of the International Show in Vilnius, our minimum plan for Trejik was achieved successfully. Additionally a little bonus was won by Jagienka as well. We hereby officially inform that the Lithuanian Junior Championship for Trejik was initiated. More details are available in the “Show” chapter.

05.X.2008

The second day of our stay in Budapest is a Club Show day. This time both, Trejik and Jagienka, have been remarked. With 22 entries of international competitors, Trejik was ranked second, while Jagienka took the forth place among 16 entered champion females.

04.X.2008

The European Show in Budapest proved that the sanity and fair play rules are not always the most important in this game. Nevertheless several organization defects are nothing comparing to a great day spent among pationates, to multiple meetings and long talks with other breeders and Husky owners.
Trejik has confirmed his class by getting an excellent note. Jagienka, after having showing for five years, holding twelve championships on her account and being judged by dozen of experts from all around the world, got her first very good note. This fact hasn’t however had any impact on her beauty ;-))

.IX.2008

Another successful week-end! The International Show in Wroclaw was dominated by Jagienka who was awarded CAC, CACIB, Best Female in Breed and Best of Breed! Trejik is also doing a great job- one week after debuting in junior class, he got his second (the most valuable) point to his Junior Champion. Apart of winning the Junior Winner he was also awarded the Best Junior in Breed. He lost the comparison with…. Jagienka.

.IX.2008

The National Show in Lodz is a great Trejik’s day! Debuting in strong competition as junior, he won his class and did much more than this by getting the Junior Winner, Best Junior in Breed, Best of Breed and Junior Best in Show!
Jagienka also did a great job by getting her next consecutive CAC and Best Female in Breed. She lost …. with Trejik only.
For us the success is even greater if taking into account that the judge was Mrs. Nancy C. Russell from the United States - a judge who pays special attention to utility characteristics of the northern breeds.

19.IX.2008

We attended the seminar concerning Alaskan Malamutes, their breeding, training and grooming. The meeting was held by Mrs. Nancy C. Russell - a reputable breeder, handler and judge of the breed, whose dogs had an undeniable contribution to the Malamutes’ development in the United States, racing also in the most difficult sleddog race in the world - the Iditarod.
The knowledge and knowhow that have been handed over to us is invaluable and that’s why we took it with great interest and humility hoping also it will benefit in the future.

14.IX.2008

Second day of the Leipzig (Germany) Show was another great success! Jagienka has confirmed her quality by winning another CAC, CAC VDH and Best Female in Breed. Trejik has repeated his success from the day before.

13.IX.2008

After a one month break, we’re back on the show rings. Although the judging at the International Show in Leipzig (Germany) was the rarest we’ve ever seen, Jagienka managed to finish her German Championship! Therefore she now has twelve championships on her account which makes us extremely proud! Trejik also did a good job and was awarded Very Promising and ranked I. Unfortunately there is no BiS Puppy organized in Germany so he wasn’t given the chance to go further.

17.VIII.2008

Jagienka’s health is back! During the show in Torun she made a great show and was awarded Best of Breed. Trejik was ranked second this time.

09.VIII.2008

The International Show in Sopot was Jagienka’s come back. Although the muscles haven’t rebuilt entirely yet, she was brave almost until the end. Although being ranked second in champion class, the Czech judge awarded her res. CACIB considering her the second best female in breed. Taking into account the circumstances, this was a big success of ours. Trejik, although winning all he needed to take part in the final competitions didn’t attended. Pity.

.VII.2008

Good news from Canada are coming. During the Speciality Show in Booster, Trejik’s brother, Snowmist’s O’CANADA was awarded Best Puppy in Breed while his mother, Snowmist’s LEGALLY BLONDE won the Best in Show. Hugs from the NygdyNygjacks.

27.VII.2008

Another show is over. Although the results are quite good they are far away from satisfying. Jagienka was shown for the first time after her accident and although she did her best we had to give up by a walk-over. It looks like it’s too early for an uninhibited run through the show ring yet. Trejik on his tour had another chance to show on the main ring during the Puppy Best in Show competition. Unfortunately the 30 seconds dedicated by the judge for the examination of over 20 puppies were far too little to show all our advantages.

20.VII.2008

Only Trejik was shown at the event in Gdynia - Jagienka keeps rooting. In puppy class he pulled at the heartstrings of the judge and soon was qualified to the group of the best five puppies during the finals of the Puppy Best in Show competition. Our cooperation becomes smoother with every next show…

13.VII.2008

The results of the International Show in Warsaw were quite surprising. Although Trejik presented very well, fully showing his advantages in movement, has been ranked third with "promising" qualification in puppy class. For us it was not the only incomprehensible verdict of the judge, Hans Muller, on that day.

05.VII.2008

First palpable works related to our new home building. Today the trees cuttings preparing the ground for our drum were made. Great thanks to my indestructible friends - Aneta and Matisse - for their sweat, efforts and precious time they've dedicated to help us clearing our lot.

23.VI.2008

Jagienka’s last stitches have been taken off. Muscles are clearly rebuilding ;-)

13.VI.2008

Jagodka was submitted to her second surgery - this time the goal was taking off most of the metal parts that probably caused too much pain. The effects were better than expected - Jagienka started making her first steps on the same evening. Now we need time to rebuild the muscles.

09.VI.2008

Jagienka’s tuff rehabilitation brings first positive effects. It’s still not much but we are moving forward!

18.V.2008

The second day of the International Show in Bratislava brought us more than expected. Trejik was awarded his first Best in Show Baby. A wonderful success!

17.V.2008

Bratislava (Slovakia). Trejik’s show debut in baby class was not that much successful - he was ranked second with Very Promising note. Well tomorrow is another day…

12.V.2008

Jagodka’s stitches have been taken off. The injury heals well. Now it’s time for a long lasting and painful rehabilitation.

03.V.2008

The first sleepless night after the surgery. Although receiving several pain-killers, the pain was too strong to fall asleep. On the morning however Jagienka felt clearly better - she recovers step by step.

02.V.2008

After a four hour complicated surgery requiring lots of  precision, Jagienka’s spatula has been reconstructed. Fitting the rupture required four nails and two clamps but doctors remain optimistic.

28.IV.2008

The dogs decided to take a tour of the Swietokrzyskie Woods on their own. Fortunately both have been found after one hour of intensive searching. Unfortunately, the escapade cost Jagienka a serious injury of the spatula. The surgery will be held next Friday…

23.IV.2008

Trejik’s section has been added. Welcome!

08.IV.2008

The hierarchy in the pack has been set up - for now, Trejik stays at the bottom of the group. He really didn’t wanted to let it be ;-)

07.IV.2008

After two years of dreaming, planning, researching and talks, the NygdyNygjacks have been joined by a new Member of Family, Snowmist’s Ontario Treasure or simply Trejik.

Trejik is a lovely gentleman born at Kim Ramey-Leblanc’s kennel in Ontario (Canada), son of Canadian and American Champion, having valid hip dysplasia and eyes examination, Snowmist’s Legally Blonde and young, hip dysplasia free, Kristaris Just Bummin [pedigree].

Thanks to Kim, Tom and Matt for their hospitality, for showing me a bit of the "maple" land, long talks and trust they reposed in me passing their treasure to my hands.

On her fifth birthday, lots of hugs, cookies and see of dump ideas to Jagienka!

05.III.2008

„MUSHING” has been added to the website. Enjoy!

02.III.2008

T
he Speciality Show was very emotional as never before. Bursztynek's memorial could been felt everywhere around - especially when the prize for # 1 Siberian Husky was awarded. Thank you to all who supported us on that day.

Apart of a huge dose of memories, the Show brought us a couple of important victories. Thanks to Jagienka and her siblings, Godna and Mieszek z Coyoacan, the Best Breeding Female of the Club 2008 was awarded to Wesola z Coyoacan - the mother of the three.

Moreover, after six years of break, I had again the chance to handle the father of Jagienka, a phenomenal runner - Poor Lonesome Cowboy of Baker Lake - in the show ring. After winning the Best Veteran in Breed, Cowboy jumped like a hurricane on the podium getting his first Veteran Best in Show award. Thanks to my parents for the pleasure of showing this exceptional dog.

01.III.2008

T
he day before the Speciality Show 2008, a new issue of the Spitz Club Newsletter, including the memorial of Bursztyn, was published.

27.II.2008

I
t's a pleasure to inform that the Slovak Champion title for Jagienka has been officially confirmed.

20.II.2008

According to the unofficial Siberian Husky ranking for 2007, Bursztynek was awarded # 1 veteran in breed in Poland, for the third successive year.  Also Jagienka has repeated her success from 2006, getting the award for # 2 Siberian in adult females category.

02.II.2008

Nineteen days after Bursztynek's dead, Jagienka dropped off near to my feet laying on the blanket previously belonging to our missing Friend. It made me cry happy tears....

26.I.2008

Our first show without Bursztyn was more cheerless than usually. Although Jagienka was awarded CAC and CACIB which brought her the last point to her Slovak Champion, we definitely missed Someone in Trencin (Slovakia)...

12.I.2008

One month after diagnosing bone cancer on Bursztyn, we bade our Friend farewell. Bursztynek died....
